How do I place an order on your website?
Here’s how:
- Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or brand
- Select your desired item and click Add To Cart. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout
- Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout
Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

Where is your store located?
We’re not a walk-in retail store, and that’s intentional. We operate as personal shoppers from a secure warehouse and storage space at Innovation Worx in Midrand, Johannesburg.
This location is used purely to source, authenticate, store, and dispatch sneakers and high-end streetwear. By not being based in a mall or retail storefront, we avoid high rent costs, which means we don’t need to push our prices up. The result? You get access to the same exclusive pieces at better prices, without paying extra just to cover our mall rent.
Are your items authentic?
All products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
Our team of specialists carefully verify the authenticity of all the products we offer including apparel, sneakers and accessories. We use third-party verification and conduct thorough in hand inspections to confirm that each product matches seller's description. Our team scrutiny includes everything from label details to stitching, texture color and other essential attributes to ensure that the product is of the highest standard.
What are your payment options?
We have a wide range of secure payment methods available for your convenience.
Manual EFT / Bank Deposit is an off-site payment method that requires you to perform the Electronic Funds Transfer of Cash Deposit manually through your online banking, banking app or ATM into our bank account.
PayGate offers a variety of secure payment options, from Visa, Mastercard and American Express Debit and Credit card payments, to Apple Pay, Masterpass, Secure EFT, zapper and Samsung Pay.
Yoco offers a secure online platform for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron Debit or Credit card payments.
70/30 Split payment Pay 70% of your total order amount via a Direct bank deposit/ EFT into our bank account. Pay outstanding 30% when we send you, your tracking code, images of your items with tags & sizes of the item you requested.
Lay-by 25% Direct Bank Deposit to process your order. The outstanding balance is payable as you wish for a period of 3 months.
